Clothes The Deal's Dress to Impress Workshop for the Workplace is designed to enhance the employee's professional image, which is also a reflection of the organization's values.

The workshops help employees create and maintain a professional image by providing an interactive public forum for employees to discuss and debate the pros and cons of dress codes in various work environments and explores their particular work setting. How the dress code relates to the company's mission, values and standards it strives to practice are reviewed, including nonverbal and visual communications.

Opportunities are also provided for employees to offer an assessment of their understanding of the company dress and appearance code, as well as offer suggestions for improvement towards more effectively achieving these goals.
