Office Assistant/Administrative Support/Clerical

Volunteer Description

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the organization and/or supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • General clerical duties, i.e. photocopying, faxing, mailings, etc.
  • Retrieve documents from filing system
  • Prepare and modify documents, preferred but not required
  • Maintain office supply inventories
