MISSION
Our mission is to build community partnerships in order to provide low-income men, women, at-risk youth, and U.S. Veterans with professional business attire in order to empower them when reaching for employment, self-sufficiency, and economic independence.
VALUES
Inspired daily by our guiding principles of Community, Education, Empowerment, Professionalism, and Engagement, our programs serve to break down barriers and increase opportunities for clients to improve their employment prospects by providing training and business environment clothing, free of charge to the clients.
VISION
Founded in 1995 by Ann Gusiff, Clothes The Deal serves over 1500 Job-seeking clients annually and collaborates with more than 30 nonprofit community partners. CTD responds immediately to the critical need of job service agencies and their participants. We also provide on-site employment opportunities for "back-to-work" programs referrals and partnering agencies including U.S. Veterans Assistance Programs, Transitional Living Facilities, Domestic Violence Shelters, Welfare-to-Work Programs, Homeless Shelters, Reentry Agencies, At-Risk Youth & Foster Care Programs, Substance Abuse Treatment Centers and Frontline Street Teams.
